Salsa Dancing Lessons are an incredible amount of fun. Join us and Learn how to Salsa Dance in a fun and social atmosphere. We have a salsa dance school party every other Saturday of the month. We offer fun and social dance classes for people of all ages, and all skill levels! No partners and no experience necessary, you'll be dancing in your very first lesson. It will change your life!
We offer both basic and intermediate level classes. Level I Beginners: Covers basic step for both male & female, left & right turns, cross body lead, basic footwork, basic partner dancing, posture and proper hold, leading your partner into turns, turning yourself & more.. Level II Intermediate: Covers quick review of the above, partner dancing, soft and gentle turn combinations & patterns, Intermediate footwork and shines, styling & more..
All of our classes will teach you the proper skills and steps so you understand the history of the dance. We also help you understand the “how and the why” of footwork, and styling. It is one thing to teach you a bag of tricks to memorize step by step… it is another thing to teach you how to open up your own creativity while respecting the fundamental steps. |
